Coffee Barista - 35-45 Hours a week £7.50 per hour + tips.

- Make super delicious coffee 5 mornings a week.

- Morning person, smiley, upbeat & positive morale.

- Fast paced environment, must be able to work quickly, organised and tidy at all times.

Waiter/ Section Leader - 35 - 45 hours a week - £6.50 per hour + tips

- Run a section within the restaurant.

- Responsible for hosting a customers experience from the first drink through to paying the bill.

- MUST be outgoing, chatty, smiley, charismatic, confident and enjoy interacting with customers!

- Good memory and knowledge of food or be willing to absorb information in training.

Barman + Host - 35-45 Hours a week £6.50-£8.00 per her depending on experience + tips

- Manage the bar 5 evenings week.

- Cash up & lock the premises.

- Ensure the building is always looking it's best by managing the cleaning schedule.

- Responsible for the delivery of great service by motivating and managing junior members of staff.

Head Chef/ Kitchen Manager - 45-55 Hours a week £27,000 + tips & bonus.

- Work side by side with our executive chef for 3 months understanding our style of cooking & management.

- Take full management of the kitchen within 3 months.

- Must have at least 5 years experience at 1/2 rosette level.

- Respect EHO & Health + Safety procedures - making sure we are compliant at all times.

- Team player - leading and training junior chefs.

- Hit 72% GP + - To receive bonus.
